What you can expect
We have a very structured way of doing business with our customers.
- We will always request a walk-thru.
- Once we take a look at the work you would like to have done, and have come to an understanding of what you would like to have done, we will email you over an estimate, for your review.
- If you are happy with the estimate that we have provided, we will then send you over the service agreement, for signature.
- Once we have received your signed service agreement, we will then place you on the service schedule.
It is very important to be able to physically take a look at the work you would like to have done. There is not one job that is the same as another. There are many varying factors to take into account when providing you with an estimate.
All of our service agreements are sent via email, through a secured server. If you are not able to receive correspondence via email, we are able to mail you the service agreement, or have you sign the service agreement with one of our representatives.
We will always do our best to make sure that your service date fits into your schedule.
